Due to a processing error, the reserve ratio group of .0900 to .0999 were incorrectly assigned a contribution rate of 0.40%. The correct contribution rate is 1.40%. Affected employers will be mailed an Amended Contribution Rate Notice with the corrected contribution rate by the end of March.
