Effective September 13, 2021, proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test result will be required from anyone entering state facilities, including the American Job Centers, in accordance with Executive Order No. 21-07.

Accepted proof of vaccinations include:

  • Hard copy of vaccination card and matching I.D.
  • Photo of vaccination card and matching I.D.

Proof of negative COVID-19 test:

  • Proof of approved negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of visit
